What is the delivery time?
Order processing takes 1–2 business days. Our current delivery time is 6–12 business days, including processing time. Thank you for your understanding. To make it up to you a bit, we don’t charge shippingcosts. Shipping is completely on us.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, that’s possible. Within 3 hours of placing your order, email info@radleygoods.com with your name, your order number (from the confirmation email), and the reason for the cancellation. After that, cancellation is unfortunately no longer possible.
Can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, we’ll send you a tracking number. You can use it anytime on our Track & Trace page to check the shipping status and see exactly when your package will arrive.
What should I do if I haven’t received an order confirmation email?
That shouldn’t happen. Please email us at info@radleygoods.com with your full name and email address, and we’ll take care of it as quickly as possible.
What should I do if I haven’t received my order yet?
If you haven’t received anything after the delivery window has passed, please email us at info@radleygoods.com. We’ll promptly check where your package is. If you don’t see a reply from us, please also check your spam folder.
How can I exchange or return my order?
Your satisfaction is our priority. If something doesn't fit or you don't like it, just write to us at info@radleygoods.com, and we will find a suitable solution together. Our return policy is simple: you have 30 days to return the goods. We will make sure that you are always satisfied!
What are the conditions for returning an item?
The return period is 14 days from receipt of the goods. Returns are possible if:
- The deadline has not expired.
- The goods are in their original packaging, including labels.
- The product is unused.
