4. Review and Response
Upon receipt of a complete and valid DMCA Notice, Radley Goods will review the claim and may, at its sole discretion:

Radley Goods is not obligated to act on incomplete, inaccurate, or non-compliant notices.
5. Misrepresentation & Liability
Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that content is infringing may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys’ fees, incurred by Radley Goods or affected parties.
Radley Goods expressly reserves the right to seek compensation for damages resulting from false or abusive DMCA notices.
