If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order to be eligible for a refund.

Return conditions:

  • Items must be unused, in the same condition as received

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect

Final sale items:
Items purchased on sale or at a discount are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.

Reserved Rights Regarding Returns & Refunds

Once a return is approved, the item must be received at our warehouse within 14 days.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that:

  • arrive late

  • show signs of use, wear, damage, or alteration

  • are missing original packaging or components

Any suspected abuse or fraudulent activity will be handled accordingly.

Damaged, Defective, or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, notify us within 30 days of delivery and include clear photos of the issue.

We will provide either:

  • a replacement, or

  • a full refund

If a return is required due to our error, we cover all return shipping costs.

If tracking indicates your order was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact your local carrier first to confirm delivery before reaching out to us.
