What are your order processing times?
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days, Monday through Sunday.
What is the estimated shipping / transit time?
The estimated shipping time is 3–5 business days.
Deliveries are made Monday through Sunday.
At this time, we ship within the United States only.

What is the estimated delivery time?
The total estimated delivery time is 4–7 business days, including processing and shipping, for orders within the US.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to our tracking page.

How are items packaged?
All products are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive safely and undamaged.
What shipping method is used?
All orders are shipped via standard ground shipping. We dispatch orders as quickly as possible to ensure fast delivery.
Who delivers my order?
FedEx is our primary shipping carrier. Depending on your location, UPS, USPS, or another local courier may be used.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes. Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, as long as the order has not yet been shipped.
To cancel, email info@radleygoods.com within the stated time frame for a full refund.
My order arrived damaged, defective, or incomplete
If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include clear photos of the issue.
We will issue either:

a replacement, or

a full refund
If a return is required, we cover all return shipping costs.
If tracking shows your order was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact your local carrier first to confirm delivery.
Why did my order arrive in multiple shipments?
We aim to ship all orders in a single package. However, some orders may be split due to:

items shipping from different suppliers

large orders
There are no additional charges for multiple shipments.
I received the wrong item
We apologize for the mistake. Please contact info@radleygoods.com as soon as possible.
We will:

ship the correct item, and

provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item
Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.
When will my card be charged?
Your payment method is charged immediately once your order is placed.
