Where we ship
Radley Goods currently ships to residential and business addresses within Australia. Delivery availability is confirmed at checkout. We do not deliver to an address that is not accepted by our checkout.
Some products may be dispatched by third-party suppliers or fulfilment partners located outside Australia. Products in the same order may therefore be sent from different locations and arrive in separate parcels. Radley Goods remains the seller responsible for your order.
Order processing time
Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Processing starts after payment has been authorised. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next business day.
Transit time
Estimated transit time after dispatch is 5–10 business days.
Total estimated delivery time
The total estimated delivery time is 6–12 business days from the order date, including processing and transit time. These timeframes are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Remote locations, peak periods, customs processing, carrier disruptions, severe weather and other events outside our reasonable control may cause delays.
Shipping cost
Standard shipping to Australia is free. No shipping charge is added at checkout for standard delivery. Any taxes, duties or government charges that we are legally required to collect will be disclosed before you complete your purchase.
Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, we will email you a tracking number when tracking is available. Tracking information may take several business days to update, particularly for international shipments.
Carriers and delivery
Orders may be transported by international logistics partners and delivered by Australia Post or another local courier. Carrier selection depends on the product, dispatch location and delivery address. We cannot guarantee a particular carrier.
Split shipments
An order may arrive in more than one parcel because products are stored at different fulfilment locations. Split shipments do not create additional shipping charges.
Address accuracy and failed delivery
Please check your delivery address carefully before placing an order. Contact info@radleygoods.com promptly if a correction is needed. We cannot guarantee changes after fulfilment has started. Reasonable redelivery costs may apply when delivery fails because an incorrect or incomplete address was supplied, except where Radley Goods or the carrier caused the problem or applicable law provides otherwise.
Order changes and cancellations
You may request a cancellation or change by emailing info@radleygoods.com as soon as possible. Requests are not guaranteed once an order has entered fulfilment or been dispatched. This does not limit any cancellation right or remedy available under applicable law.
Delays, missing parcels and delivered scans
If your order has not arrived after the estimated delivery window, contact info@radleygoods.com. We will investigate with the carrier or fulfilment partner. A tracking status marked “delivered” does not prevent us from investigating a genuine non-delivery claim. We may ask you to check safe locations, household members, neighbours, building reception and any carrier notification.
Damaged, faulty, incorrect or incomplete orders
Contact info@radleygoods.com within a reasonable time and provide your order number, a description of the issue and photographs where reasonably necessary. We will provide any repair, replacement, refund or other remedy required under the Australian Consumer Law. We will pay reasonable return shipping costs where required by law.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified under the Australian Consumer Law.
